2. Quotations, Pricing & Orders

All transactions and supply agreements are subject to the following commercial conditions:

• Quotations: Price quotes provided via email, phone, or website forms are valid for the specific duration mentioned in the quotation document.
• Specifications: Technical specifications, load capacities, and customization details are confirmed upon formal purchase order (PO) placement.
• Taxes & Duties: Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST, transport charges, octroi, and local levies as applicable under Indian tax laws.
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered accepted only after formal written confirmation or proforma invoice issuance by Shorey E-Solutions.

3. Delivery, Installation & Commissioning

We strive to ensure timely supply and setup across India under the following terms:

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated dispatch dates depend on equipment customization, raw material availability, and manufacturing schedules.
• Site Readiness: For installation and commissioning support, the client must ensure site readiness (proper wiring, earth connection, input power supply, and safe environment) prior to the visit of our service team.
• Freight & Transit Risks: Transit insurance and freight arrangements will be governed as per the agreed Proforma Invoice / Purchase Order terms.

4. Warranty Policy & Limitation

Shorey E-Solutions manufactures equipment adhering to strict ISO quality guidelines. Warranty terms include:

• Standard Warranty: All manufactured equipment comes with a standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of supply or commissioning, as specified in the invoice.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation by unauthorized personnel, physical impact, grid lightning strikes, input power surge exceeding limits, or unauthorized modifications.
• Service Calls: After-sales technical support and site visits during or after the warranty period are governed by our standard service policy and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, technical diagrams, and software—is the exclusive property of Shorey E-Solutions. Reproduction, distribution, or copying of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
